I don't see the Checklists panel on an issue.

Select the Checklists icon below the issue summary (tooltip Add a checklist). If it isn't there, ask your Jira admin to confirm the app is installed under Apps → Manage apps.

Why can't I delete the first checklist?

The first checklist is the issue's default one. Rename it, or clear it with Delete all items, instead.

Why does @mention only suggest a few people?

Suggestions show the issue's assignee and reporter.

Does the app slow down Jira?

No. Checklist data is stored and served from Atlassian's own Forge storage inside your site — the app makes no calls to servers outside Atlassian.

Where is my data stored?

Inside your Jira Cloud site, using Forge storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What happens if we uninstall the app?

Checklists, templates, and history are removed with the app's storage, in line with Atlassian's data retention for app storage. Before uninstalling, remove the app's validators from your workflows and its action from your Automation rules.

What does the “no active subscription” banner mean?

It appears when your site's subscription to the app isn't active. Ask your Jira site administrator to subscribe or renew from the Atlassian Marketplace.
