Items are rich text, like a Jira description. While editing:

Type or press	To
`@`	Mention someone. Suggestions show the issue's assignee and reporter.
`:`	Insert an emoji.
`/`	Open the insert menu — dates, status labels, and more.
`Ctrl` / `⌘` + `B`, `I`	Bold, italic.
Paste a URL	Create a link.

Selecting a link opens it in a new tab; selecting a mention opens that person's Jira profile.
