Mandatory items

Select the flag icon (Toggle Mandatory) to mark an item as mandatory. A red asterisk appears before its text. Select the flag again to clear it.

This matters when an admin adds the Check that all mandatory items are complete validator: the issue can't move on until every mandatory item is Done, while optional items can stay open.
